Received while at work so boyfriend put it together for me. He said it was super easy. Appeared to be stuck in full recline mode, so I took it apart and was able to re-assemble very easily. To fix the locked recline, you have to unlock the chair and lean all the way until you hear it click. Next, you'll sit up and then lock the chair. Make sure you tighten/loosen the tensioner as well. Other than that, chair is comfortable and nice.
