Markabus stuff is so cheap I bought this rod soley to find out what quality rod i'd get for $16. Well I'm impressed. The rod is vert light and thin but the action is fast similar to the rods I bought from a major outfitter for $60. Its fairly stiffand not whippy like cheap rods. The eyes are a little cheap but functionable. My son will try it out next week for tht trout opener

Very pleased with the quality of the rod. Haven’t tried it yet, but seems sturdy and well built. Delay in shipping, but received partial credit and the rod.
